11u Head Coach/ Offensive Coordinator
Maurice Greer
Coach Maurice "Slash" Greer, a football coaching powerhouse. With two championships under his belt one with Spillionaries in 2019 and another in 2023 with the 5280 Jr. Buffs Coach, Coach Greer brings over 10 years of coaching experience and a lifetime of football expertise. From being named All-State Running Back to earning the title of State Championship MVP, his football accomplishments are impressive. As an undrafted free agent with the Washington Redskins, Coach Greer knows what it takes to succeed at the highest level. Beyond football, he is dedicated to making a positive impact on youth as he works in youth corrections and empowers the next generation for success.

Chuck North
Coach Chuck North is a dedicated football enthusiast who has always had a deep passion for the game. His commitment to the sport and his desire to make a difference in the lives of young athletes were ignited four years ago when he began coaching youth football. Recognizing the need for mentorship, Coach North made it his mission to help these young players become responsible and influential leaders within their communities. He firmly believes in utilizing football as a powerful tool to build a solid foundation of life skills that extend beyond the field. One of his core objectives is to instill a never-give-up attitude in his student-athletes, teaching them the value of giving their all in everything they do. Coach North is dedicated to guiding and inspiring his players, nurturing their personal growth and development both as individuals and as athletes.

Marquise Enoch
Coach Marquise Enoch is a seasoned football veteran with 15 years of experience in the sport. As an Alumni of CSU Pueblo, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the field. With 4 years of coaching under his belt, Coach Enoch is highly dedicated to developing the next generation of athletes. His passion for working with youth is unmatched, and he strives to instill discipline, integrity, and a love for the game in every player he coaches. Coach Enoch's commitment to the success and growth of his athletes is evident in his coaching style, as he aims to foster a positive and supportive environment for their development. With Coach Enoch, players can be confident in their abilities and learn valuable skills that will benefit them both on and off the football field.
Assistant Defensive Coach
Leabre McNeal
Coach Leabre McNeal is a firm believer in creating strong, honest individuals who embrace the importance of selflessness and the responsibility of protecting and providing for others. His journey in football began in little league, where he developed a passion for the sport at an early age. Excelling in his skills, Coach McNeal went on to play football at East High School and continued his collegiate career at Clark Atlanta University. With a total of 16 years of experience, including 4 years as the Defensive Coordinator at East High School and 12 years coaching youth football, Coach McNeal brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the field. Through his coaching, he aims to instill discipline, teamwork, and character development in his players, setting them up for success both on and off the field. With Coach McNeal's guidance and mentorship, athletes can expect to become not only better football players but also better individuals.
Linebackers Coach
Sean Burdette
Coach LeSean Burdette is a dedicated and experienced football player and coach. He has been involved in the sport since the age of 6, starting with the Park Hill Pirates. Throughout his high school years, Coach Burdette excelled on the varsity football team for three consecutive years. He even earned a scholarship to play at Adams State, but unfortunately, family circumstances prevented him from pursuing that opportunity. Despite the setbacks, Coach Burdette continued to pursue his football dreams and was invited to an NFL combine, though he couldn't attend due to his mother falling ill. As a linebacker and defensive end, he has played semi-professional football for various teams, including the Denver Titans, Colorado Grey Hawks (winning a championship and a national championship), and last year for the Colorado Vipers. In addition to his playing career, Coach Burdette has been coaching youth football for five years, specializing as a Defensive Coordinator and Linebacker coach. His experience both as a player and a coach has given him valuable insights and a passion for developing young athletes.

Wes Carney
Coach Wes Carney is a highly experienced and dedicated youth football coach with an impressive 12 years of coaching under his belt. With a strong passion for mentoring and shaping the lives of young athletes, he has also spent 20 years dedicated to youth mentorship. Coach Carney's extensive coaching experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of the intricacies of the game and the unique needs of young players. He believes in instilling discipline, teamwork, and a strong work ethic in his athletes, both on and off the field. Coach Carney's commitment to youth development goes beyond the X's and O's, as he focuses on cultivating character, leadership skills, and personal growth. His mentoring approach ensures that every player he coaches receives the guidance and support they need to reach their full potential, both as athletes and as individuals.
Linebackers/Float Coach
Markus Miller
Coach Markus Miller is an accomplished football player, having played the sport for an impressive 19 seasons. With 2 years of professional experience and 17 years in the semi-pro circuit, Coach Miller has honed his skills and knowledge of the game. His contributions to the sport have been recognized, as he was inducted into the Minor League Football Hall of Fame in 2021 and the Colorado Football Conference Hall of Fame in 2022. Coach Miller's coaching career spans 12 years, with a focus on youth development. He has spent 9 years coaching youth football, leading teams to success, and earning the title of Colorado Youth All-Star Coach three times. Additionally, Coach Miller has achieved remarkable milestones as a coach, including guiding his team to 2 state championships and 1 national championship at the youth level. Currently serving as the Arvada High School Defensive Coordinator, Coach Miller continues to make a positive impact on the lives of young athletes. His dedication and passion for coaching were further recognized when he was selected as the UTN Middle School All-American Coach in 2023.

Ray Webster
Coach Ray Webster is an esteemed coach with an impressive track record in both football and youth sports. With over 20 years of experience coaching youth teams, Coach Webster has dedicated himself to mentoring and developing young athletes. Serving as the president and vice president of the Shamrock's youth football program for 8 years, he has displayed exceptional leadership skills. Additionally, his expertise as the head coach for the FBU (Football University) for 3 years showcases his ability to guide athletes to the highest level of competition. Coach Webster's commitment to the growth of his players is evident in his roles as a freshman coach for Aurora Central and Gateway, where he spent a combined 3 years honing the skills and talents of young football players. Furthermore, his extensive involvement in youth basketball and baseball for the city of Aurora for 15 years exemplifies his dedication to fostering sportsmanship and teamwork among young athletes. With Coach Webster's guidance and expertise, players can expect to develop both their athletic abilities and character on and off the field.
